Wild Water Car Wash, Wash Club Plan/Membership is for use by customers of Wild 
Water Car Wash who signed up under a Wash Club/Membership plan, and that plan the 
registered vehicle is under. Sharing of credentials, license plates may result in the 
forfeiture of current and future Wash Club/Membership plan access, at our sole 
discretion. 
 

2.

All wash club/membership plans are a recurring monthly membership subscription. 
Members may only wash the registered vehicle once per day, every day of the month.
 

3.

You can cancel your Wash Club/Membership plan at any time. Cancellation must be 
made within the online customer portal, at 
https://customerportal.nxtwash.com/wildwatercarwash or in our office with office hours 
of Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. Please allow seven (7) days for your cancellation to be 
effective. No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations.

The credit/debit card on file will be charged the price for the given Wash 
Club/Membership Plan. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment 
(anniversary) date, but occasionally the charge may process several days earlier or later. 
Members are responsible for updating their credit/debit card information. If a monthly 
charge fails to process for any reason, Wild Water Car Wash reserves the right to retry 
such monthly charge until such time as the monthly charge processes.

Circumstances such as equipment failure, maintenance, upgrades, power outages, 
internet outages, inclement weather and other events may affect availability of services. 
Wild Water Car Wash reserves the right to close locations for holidays.

 Wild Water Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel Wild Water Car Wash, Wash 
Club/Membership plan(s), or membership at any time.

Monthly rates are subject to change with or without notice.

A Wild Water Car Wash Club/Membership is NOT transferable from one vehicle to 
another. If you get a new license plate, or new vehicle please stop by Wild Water Car 
Wash and ask a team member to update your membership.

A front license plate, required and mounted by Iowa law is required.

 

10.

Wild Water Car Wash reserves the right to terminate Wash Club/Membership accounts 
at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse, safety, or fraud
cancellations may take place with or without notice. There will be no refunds for any 
unused part of any Wash Club/Membership.

If a discounted introductory or promotional offer period is available under the Wash 
Club/Membership plan purchased, then it will be specified at the time of purchase. The 
introductory or promotional offer period is intended to allow new and certain former 
members to try the services. As a result, the availability, duration, and any other terms 
for the introductory or promotional offer period may vary as determined by Wild Water 
Car Wash at its sole discretion. At the expiration of any discounted introductory or 
promotional offer period, we will charge the then-current regular price for your chosen 
plan on your next billing cycle to your Payment Method and your membership will 
automatically renew at such then-current regular price unless you cancel your 
membership prior to the end of the discounted introductory or promotional offer 
period, as set forth below. In the event that we determine that you are not eligible for 
the introductory or promotional discount, we reserve the right to revoke your 
discounted introductory or period and charge you the then-current regular price for the 
plan you selected and/or put your Wash Club/Membership plan on hold or inactive 
status.
 

12.

Wild Water Car Wash offers Prepaid Wash Club/Membership that can be purchased 
using Cash or Credit/Debit Card, online, or in office. They are set for a certain amount of 
time based on the plan of the customers choosing. Prepaid plans are not a recurring 
charge. Full plan is to be paid upfront before membership becomes active. Prepaid 
memberships are non – refundable. Prepaid plans are subject to the same Terms and 
Conditions as monthly recurring members.
